How We Hire

STEP 1
Application Review

We review every application. You’ll hear back within 5–7 business days.

STEP 2
Phone Screen

A 20-minute call with HR to discuss the role, logistics, and mutual fit.

STEP 3
Clinical Interview

A structured interview with our Clinical Director or program lead.

STEP 4
Reference Check

2–3 professional references, typically clinical supervisors or colleagues.

STEP 5
Offer & Onboarding

Offer letter, credentialing, and a structured onboarding program.
