How We Hire

STEP 1

Initial Screen

A 20-min phone screen with HR to review fit and logistics.

Clinical Interview

A structured interview with the Clinical Director or program lead.

STEP 4
Reference Check

2–3 professional references, typically clinical supervisors or colleagues.

Offer letter, credentialing, and a structured onboarding program.
