Please allow me to introduce myself. I am Allison Gentz and I have over 12 years of experience working with a diverse population, that include substance abuse, trauma, and development delays and many more.

In 2006, I earned my bachelor’s degree from California State University, East Bay in Hayward, California. In 2010, I earned my master’s degree in counseling psychology from National University in San Diego, California.

I believe in a straightforward approach to therapy using cognitive behavioral and solution-focused orientation. I understand that we all face challenges from time to time that cause use to have impairments in our daily lives, relationships, work/life balance etc. This is why my approach to therapy is one based in a client centered approach. I work to meet you where you are, so that we can work together as a team to improve your overall mood and return to a prior healthy state of
