Welcome! I’m Andrea and I’m glad you’re here. I’m originally from Georgia but have been soaking up the Southern California sunshine for over 15 years, and I love it! Know what else I love? Helping others who are struggling with crises, inner conflicts, or relationship discord. We all experience struggles during our lifetime. You deserve to get help in overcoming these struggles. You deserve to feel better. I have worked with women and men of all ages who are experiencing depression, anxiety, fear, grief, self-doubt, life transitions, and more. I also work with couples and older adults. My therapy sessions are a safe space in which I meet you where you are with compassion, acceptance, and hope. Life is hard and understanding how to live our best life can be a challenge. When we are struggling with feeling stuck, unhappy, lost, afraid, worried, or overwhelmed, we may often feel like we have few choices and few places to turn. We can work together to help you discover how to make positive changes in your life so that you can begin to thrive.
