About

I am a family and marriage therapist who uses compassion, education, and engagement with clients on their journeys to improved mental health and lifestyle. My background is in working with adolescence, caregivers, individuals, and families, helping them to understand how mental health can impact dynamics and relationships. I let my clients tell me their needs, their goals, and how they see their mental health journey progressing. Clients in my care are encouraged to explore their emotions, thought processes, and responses as we work through cause and effect. To that end, I utilize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused styles of therapy to help my clients achieve these goals. My journey to become a therapist began with a desire to help those who are often not presented with the opportunity for mental health services. I strive to remove implied taboos about seeking therapy amongst my community so that everyone has an equal opportunity to flourish as they wish. After all, everyone should be able to be the best version they want for themselves. I am eager to join your journey of healing, wellness, and self awareness as your provider.
