I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Los Angeles. I view therapy as a tool to end shame, walk through grief, and build systems of self-validation and inner safety. I have several years of experience in various roles within the mental health field, the last seven of which have been as a psychotherapist. I am a strong advocate for empowering clients, helping them discover their passions, and building the life they truly desire. Additionally, I specialize in trauma, depression, shame resilience, and grief and loss. I have also worked with people struggling with depression, anxiety, and identity. I completed my graduate work at Pepperdine University, earning a Master of Art in Clinical Psychology. At Pepperdine, I was trained to work with various people, including survivors of human trafficking. I then continued to work with trafficking survivors as well as survivors of childhood abuse and domestic violence. I use an eclectic approach which includes Jungian psychology, CBT, DBT, positive psychology, and narrative psychology. No matter your struggle, I am very passionate about helping you gain a deep understanding of your true self and how that authenticity can bring positive energy and lasting change to your life. I understand that as wonderful as transformation sounds, it can be scary, which is why I will be here to walk with you. You don’t have to walk alone.
