Gabrielle Bramasco is a Licensed Social Worker and obtained her Master of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California. She immersed herself working in community mental health in Los Angeles providing direct mental health services to individuals who are experiencing homelessness and co-occurring disorders. She has a deep understanding of working with individuals who may besuffering from psychosis, post-traumatic stress disorder, dissociation disorders, personality disorders, substance-use disorders, depression and anxiety disorders. Gabrielle utilizes an integrative approach, cognitive behavioral therapy, and interpersonal therapy. She believes in providing psycho-education on various psychological concepts, and takes a trauma informed care approach. She believes in establishing a meaningful therapeutic relationship based on collaboration and trust. Gabrielle enjoys working with diverse individuals and asking thought-provoking questions to help individuals find a deeper meaner of self. Her philosophy of care includes providing a culturally sensitive environment and encouraging clients to engage in self-compassion and mindfulness.
