About
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist Supervised by Chelsea Silverman, LCSW
Welcome! My name is Grayson Conley, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist in California. Starting therapy—whether it’s your first time or you’re returning—can feel like a big step, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to get here and begin this process.
If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start, you’re not alone. This can be a place where you don’t have to carry everything on your own, and where things can be explored one step at a time.
Our time together will focus on building a relationship of trust, safety, and collaboration, creating a space where you feel supported, understood, and met where you are.
I have experience working in public school settings with students from Pre-K through 12th grade, as well as in clinical settings supporting individuals (ages 18–65+), couples, and families. A significant portion of my work has focused on supporting clients navigating depression, anxiety, relationships and connection, as well as experiences within the LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based, and culturally responsive therapy that is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from approaches such as CBT, emotion-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to support individuals, couples, and families in building emotional resilience, strengthening relationships, and moving toward meaningful growth in a safe and affirming space.
My goal is to create a space that feels approachable, grounded, and human, where you can show up as you are and move at a pace that feels right for you.
