Associate Clinical Social Worker

Heidi is an Associate Clinical Social Worker with a passion for healing and reconciliation. Known for her warm and personable nature, she has helped many clients navigate challenging life situations and improve their overall well-being.

Heidi is down-to-earth and relatable. She believes that the best therapy outcomes come from a genuine and authentic connection between therapist and client. She creates a safe, non-judgmental space for her clients to share their thoughts and feelings and works collaboratively with them to develop personalized treatment plans that meet their unique needs. Heidi has expertise in a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and life transitions. She utilizes a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, process therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches. She is dedicated to helping her clients build resilience, gain insight, and develop new coping skills to navigate life’s challenges.

In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering in her community, and hosting game nights!
