About

Hi, my name is Krystle Udengwu, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping individuals from all walks of life navigate the complexities of their emotional, mental, and psychological well-being. With a client-centered approach, I strive to meet each person where they are in their journey, listening with empathy and providing a non-judgmental space for exploration and healing. I believe in the power of creating a safe environment where clients feel understood, valued, and supported as they work through their challenges.

I am committed to helping clients develop the necessary tools and techniques to improve their overall life satisfaction and well-being. I utilize a combination of approaches, including strength-based, solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. My goal is always to empower clients to tap into their inherent strengths and build resilience, enabling them to manage life’s difficulties with confidence.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California, and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Outside of my professional life, I cherish spending time with my family. My hobbies include hanging out with friends and family, staying active through working out, and being adventurous, often spontaneously finding new ways to explore life. I am passionate about learning, growing, and making meaningful connections both personally and professionally.
