Hi there, I’m Mallory. I’m an holistic, person-centered therapist. So what does that mean for you as my client? It means I tailor my time with you based on your needs, goals and values. I shape our sessions around what holds meaning for you. Sometimes, that means addressing something very tangible, like getting up on time each morning to make it to work. Other times we delve much deeper, exploring your soul’s purpose or a traumatic event. Your job is show up as yourself, just as you are. My job is to create the judgement-free space you need to explore what’s holding you back.

I specialize in areas where I have lived experience. The folks I serve include: Those with PMDD, and those going through perimenopause and menopause People facing perinatal issues, including trauma, hyperemisis, infertility & PPD/PPA/PPOCD LGBTQ+ communities Highly Sensitive People Adult Children of Narcissistic/Emotionally Immature Parents Healers/Empaths/Intuitives and other spiritually-minded people Parents wanting science-based, gentle discipline coaching.

Interested in the nitty-gritty details? I’m considered an eclectic therapist who pulls from depth psychology, DBT, narrative therapy, attachment therapy, somatic work, eco-psychology and parts work. I work through a lens of body positivity/neutrality and I am neurodiverse-affirming. I hold a double Masters in Clinical Psychology and Education. I’ve received clinical training at The LA LGBT Center and CBT SoCal in Torrance, CA. I’m also a yoga instructor, Montessori parent and reiki practitioner. I’ve been able to travel and live across the world, studying psychology, spirituality and education. Ongoing cultivation of cultural humility is deeply important to me. One of my favorite experiences include studying depth psychology with Dr. Sergio Felipe de Oliveira at the Pineal Mind Instituto de Saude in San Paolo, Brazil. I love to meditate, garden, cook, and spend time in nature with my partner and very feisty toddler.
