About

Every person has a unique story, and I would be honored to hear yours. I commend you for taking the first step toward prioritizing your mental health. As a therapist, I am deeply committed to providing a warm, supportive environment where clients can feel safe, seen, and heard. I believe that trust is the foundation of effective therapy, and once that trust is established, I work collaboratively with my clients to explore their experiences from different perspectives.

Together, we create treatment goals and develop a personalized plan to help you grow and thrive. I also guide the process with thoughtful questions, insights, and resources that encourage deeper self-awareness and understanding. My approach is client-centered, and I’m here to support you as you navigate your journey toward healing and growth.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, as well as a trained Art Therapist. Art Therapy is an evidence-based practice that helps clients express, process, and make sense of their thoughts and emotions in creative ways. For clients who are open to it, I incorporate Art Therapy techniques to deepen the therapeutic experience and encourage exploration of the self.

I have a strong passion for helping clients manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, life transitions, stress, and trauma. My experience spans a variety of settings, including community mental health, schools, and nonprofit organizations. One of my core goals as a therapist is to empower you with the tools and insights necessary to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, both in and outside of therapy.
