As a registered Art Therapist specializing in children, adolescents, and young adults, I use a variety of mediums to engage clients of all ages in the virtual world. The internet, anime and gaming community/culture can create both coping skills and stress within ourselves. I am familiar with helping clients navigate a personal crisis or awakening due to the TikTok FYP. Bringing a unique perspective and having the ability to connect with the younger generation, I approach this by providing a healing environment in which you can grow,explore, reflect and communicate in a way that is both accessible and tailored to your unique experiences. This support can be verbally, via sidebar chat, or through non-verbal creative expression. As a telehealth provider my goal is to have services be just as beneficial and fulfilling as in-person services.

Being an Art Therapist who’s learned and grown from watching anime, discovering the self by connecting with media is a welcome experience in counseling. My approaches to therapy can include using traditional art supplies and digital tools like websites and video games. These methods aren’t necessary and we may never use them if they don’t fit your needs.
