Hi, I’m Nicole Bianco, AMFT, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in helping adolescents and young adults heal from trauma and strengthen their relationship with themselves and others.

I have extensive experience supporting adolescents and young adults across a range of settings, including school-based programs, community mental health, outpatient (IOP/PHP), and residential treatment. I have worked closely with clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-injury, substance use, and suicidal ideation, and I am deeply committed to walking alongside them through these challenges.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel safe to be themselves without judgment. I meet each person where they are, helping them gain insight into their thoughts and emotions while building practical tools for meaningful, lasting change. Clients often appreciate my balance of empathy and directness—I offer compassion and support while also gently challenging patterns that may be holding you back.

I take a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). My work focuses on helping clients find relief from anxiety, depression, and trauma-related symptoms while also highlighting their inherent strengths, resilience, and capacity for growth.
