I am a Bilingual therapist (English and Spanish)and have a passion for working with adolescents and teens. I’ve worked as a school based therapist, primarily with teen girls struggling with anxiety, low mood, and stress. Whether there are difficulties at school, home or within interpersonal relationships, I create a space to openly examine the difficulties and guide individuals in creating healthy boundaries.

Although the decision to begin therapy can be challenging and confusing, I believe that each challenge highlights one’s strengths and areas of growth. I specialize in Art Therapy and work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Family systems perspective. Not all individuals are comfortable with art and that’s okay! I enjoy the comfort of traditional talk therapy and value creating a space that will allow individuals to self reflect, challenge negative perspectives and unhealthy habits. I welcome teens and young adults to see if I may be a good fit!
