My personal mission as a therapist is to embrace an empower individuals who have been broken, overwhelmed; but through their pain, are still able to maintain a high level of functioning. I want to guide those who are secretly and or openly participating and relying on negative coping skills and behaviors, suffering in silence and are in need of additional tools as they navigate through their life.

To keep it simple, I want to help people who are just like me, that have had experiences in life which have taken a toll on their wellbeing and want help. I am now a LPCC which stands for Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I bring to the you over 30 years of combined experience and education. My journey has sometimes been rough/rewarding; embarrassing/enlightening and painful/ pleasurable and most definitely expensive.

I was born in Philadelphia, Pa and raised in Los Angeles, California. I received a Bachelor’s of Atrs degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California in 1990; and a Master’s degree in Counselor Psychology in 2016 from Rosemont College located in Montgomery County, PA. My journey has brought me here, to a point in my life where healing is taking place. I have learned and accumulated new tools and skills, that prevent me from falling back on old coping mechanisms and behaviors that have had a negative impact on my life. I truly want to help and support those that need some lifting as they continue on their journey. Through the use of Mindfulness, CBT, Journaling, Visualization and Person- Centered therapy, I believe a path to healing can begin.
