Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 25 billable sessions per week. This is the minimum requirement, though clinicians can go above it for additional earning potential through the productivity bonus structure. Because we account for an average 22–25% cancellation rate, clinicians typically need to schedule a larger caseload than 25 to reliably build up to that billable minimum. As your client engagement strengthens and cancellations drop, many clinicians are able to reduce their scheduled appointments while still meeting the target. A full caseload is provided from the start (no marketing or self-sourcing required).
