Start dates are generally scheduled 4–5 weeks after hiring paperwork is completed. This allows us to prepare for onboarding, scheduling, and caseload development.

Start dates cannot be scheduled more than five weeks after hire. Candidates who are unable to begin within that timeframe are encouraged to reconnect with us when they are ready.
