Framework Overview
Built for the Full Continuum
The Lemon Reset™ is not a single intervention — it’s a clinical orientation that structures how care is sequenced, documented, and evaluated across every level of care at TML.
Rather than organizing care around DSM diagnoses alone, the Lemon Reset™ organizes clinical work around the stabilization needs of each client — beginning with regulation and building systematically toward sustainable change.
Clinicians working within this framework use it to guide treatment planning, skills group content, individual session focus, and level-of-care transitions. The five elements create a shared clinical language across the outpatient, IOP, and residential teams.
This framework is informed by DBT, ACT, CBT, trauma-informed care principles, and attachment theory — integrated into a coherent, client-accessible model.

How the Framework Applies at Each Level
The Lemon Reset™ is adapted — not abandoned — as clients move through the continuum. Intensity shifts; the framework remains consistent.
