About Amanda
Amanda Drozd Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in sociology with a double minor in biblical studies and social work from Biola University and a Master’s of Social Work from the University of Southern California. Amanda’s background includes years of experiences in a behavioral health hospital setting, crisis stabilization and more recently a residential treatment facility. She uses a strength based approach as well as various components of cognitive behavioral therapy and emphasizes the importance of self compassion during the process of growth and change. She is able to apply faith based components to sessions exploring clients spirituality in the process of growth. She aims to provide an open and welcoming environment encouraging continued communication in order to produce a positive and effective experience for the client.
