About Debbie
Throughout my career, I have assisted clients with managing anxiety, depression, anger, grief, stress and more. I am certified as an Art Therapist and utilize Art and Creative Expression to assist clients with achieving their goals, break down barriers and realize their own potential. I have been practicing in the field of therapy for 17 years. For the past 6 years, I have been working in an inpatient psychiatric facility providing therapeutic groups, individual/family sessions and crisis intervention in the Southern California area. I have completed my Master’s Degree in Counseling and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. The schools of therapy which I work from are Cognitive Behavioral, Solution Focused, Person Centered and Psychodynamic Therapy.
