A Day in PHP

Each day in our PHP is intentionally designed — a combination of individual therapy, group programming, psychoeducation, and skills practice delivered over 5–6 focused hours.

  • Morning grounding and check-in

  • Individual therapy sessions with primary clinician

  • Evidence-based group therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed)

  • Psychoeducation and skills training groups

  • Psychiatric evaluation and medication management on-site

  • Family therapy integrated as clinically appropriate

  • Discharge and aftercare planning from day one
