Overview
Understanding
Substance Use Disorders
Alcohol use disorder, cannabis use disorder, stimulant use, opioid misuse, prescription drug dependence — all develop within a context of biological vulnerability, psychological distress, and often significant trauma. Treating the substance use without addressing these underlying factors rarely produces lasting recovery.
Our approach integrates evidence-based substance use treatment with mental health care, trauma processing, motivational work, and family systems involvement. We meet people where they are — whether they are ambivalent about change or committed to full recovery — and we provide the level of clinical support their presentation requires.
Recognizing Substance Use
Common Symptoms We Treat
Substance Use Disorder can show up in both the mind and body. Our program treats clients with primary mental health diagnoses and secondary substance use needs.
Treatment Approaches
Evidence-Based Care for Substance Use Disorder
Every treatment approach is grounded in the Lemon Reset™ framework and adapted to your specific diagnosis, severity, and goals.
Levels of Care Available
Treating Substance Use Across Our Full Continuum
Substance Use treatment is most effective when the level of care matches the person’s symptoms, schedule, and need for support. From weekly outpatient therapy to IOP / vIOP, PHP, and residential care, our continuum gives adults and families a clear path toward stability without forcing a one-size-fits-all approach.

How the Lemon Reset™
Guides Substance Use Treatment
The Lemon Reset™ framework shapes how we treat substance use disorders at every level of care. Rather than jumping to insight before stability is established, we follow a deliberate progression that meets clients where they are.
