BBS Compliance

We Take Licensure Hours Seriously

Every supervision arrangement at TML is built to California BBS standards. Associates receive weekly individual supervision and have access to group supervision hours — both of which count toward the 3,000 hours required for LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC licensure.

Our supervisors are board-approved, experienced across multiple levels of care, and trained in the Lemon Reset™ framework — so supervision connects directly to the work you’re doing in the room.

We track hours, maintain documentation, and support you through the exam and application process — so nothing falls through the cracks on the path to licensure.
