Our two core clinical roles are California Licensed Therapists (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, Psychologist) — 100% remote, salaried W2 positions — and CA Associate Mental Health Therapists (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, Registered Psychological Assistant) — 100% remote, full-time positions. We also hire psychiatric providers for medication management and clinical support staff across our continuum: outpatient, IOP/vIOP, PHP, and adult residential. Current openings are posted on our Careers page and Indeed.
An active, independent California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist), a secure HIPAA-compliant workspace for telehealth, full-time availability (40 hours/week), not having opted out of Medicare, and a commitment to ethical and legal standards. Licensed in another state, or not yet licensed? Connect with us anyway — we have new opportunities regularly.
Yes — associates are one of our two core clinical roles. You’ll need to be a Registered Behavioral Health Practitioner in California (APCC, AMFT, ACSW, or Registered Psychological Assistant) with a minimum of 2,000 accrued experience hours, a HIPAA-compliant telehealth space, and full-time availability. BBS-approved supervision toward licensure is provided — see the supervision question below for details.
Our two main clinical positions — licensed therapists and associate therapists — are 100% remote telehealth roles. In-person opportunities exist within our IOP, PHP, and residential programs in the Los Angeles area, and some clinicians build a schedule that blends both.
All clinical positions are W2 employment — licensed therapists are salaried, and associates are full-time at an annual rate. Either way you’re an employee with full benefits, paid time off, and bonuses — not a 1099 contractor.

Licensed therapists earn a $90,000 annual base salary, with estimated total first-year compensation of $107,139+ — roughly 19% above base — including paid time off, 401(k) match, quarterly productivity bonuses, unlimited CEU access, and annual raises. Associate Master’s-level clinicians earn $65,000 annually with performance increases. We publish these numbers because we believe clinicians deserve transparency before they ever apply.
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance; an Employee Assistance Program; 401(k) with employer match; paid time off (16 paid days for licensed clinicians — holidays, vacation, and sick time); flexible scheduling; a referral program; and unlimited CEU access valued at $2,500+ per year. Team members on our health plan also receive wellness and lifestyle savings — access to 10,000+ gyms nationwide through Active&Fit Direct™, plus fitness, vision, dental, hearing, prescription, entertainment, and travel discounts.
Yes, both. Licensed clinicians earn quarterly productivity bonuses of $50 per session above 350 sessions per quarter — roughly $5,400 per year at a typical pace, with higher performers earning significantly more. Annual performance-based raises run 1–3% and compound year over year: a consistent 3% performer reaches approximately $104,000 base by year five. Associates receive performance increases, and our monthly vacation hour awards give winners additional free vacation time.
Full-time clinicians maintain a caseload of 27 billable sessions per week — and that count includes no-shows and late cancellations, so you’re not penalized for client behavior outside your control. Because we account for an approximate 25% cancellation rate, new clinicians typically schedule around 35 sessions per week to reliably hit the 27 billable mark — and as your client engagement strengthens and cancellations drop, many clinicians are able to reduce their scheduled appointments while still meeting the target. A full caseload is provided from the start (no marketing or self-sourcing required), and our care navigation and administrative teams actively reduce your non-clinical workload.
More than most group practices: a full caseload provided with no marketing required, insurance billing and credentialing managed for you, a dedicated admin support team, a licensed care navigation team supporting client engagement, streamlined EHR and documentation support, and no overhead or office costs. Your job is the clinical work — we handle the rest.
Support is layered into how we’re built. Every clinician belongs to a small team of 12 led by a Clinical Program Manager, with a weekly team meeting for support, training, development, and care improvement. Within those teams, all clinical staff participate in consult groups of four — a regular space to discuss cases with peers, sharpen clinical thinking, and stay connected rather than isolated. Every third Thursday of the month, the entire clinical team gathers for a dedicated development training, led by TML leadership or an outside specialist. And unlimited CEU access means your growth never waits on a budget approval.
The Lemon Reset™ is our structured clinical framework — Regulation, Meaning, Awareness, Connection, Rhythm — that guides care at every level. It integrates evidence-informed modalities including CBT, DBT, trauma-informed interventions, motivational enhancement, behavioral activation, and family systems approaches. All clinicians are trained in the framework, and because every level of care follows it, clients transition between levels without starting over — and clinicians can follow them.
Associates receive BBS-approved clinical supervision provided by TML at no cost — in both group and triadic formats — so every supervised hour counts toward your California licensure requirements. Supervision runs alongside everything else our clinical structure offers: your team of 12, weekly team meetings, peer consult groups, and monthly development trainings. Gaining hours here means being developed, not just counted.
Three things. First, the continuum: clinicians here can work across outpatient, IOP/vIOP, PHP, and residential levels — rare in a single organization, and it means your clients keep continuity as their needs change. Second, the framework: the Lemon Reset™ gives the whole team a shared clinical language. Third, the structure: W2 employment with transparent pay, full benefits, a provided caseload, and bonuses that reward rather than require overwork. As our HR Director puts it — when clinicians are supported, clients benefit.
We welcome provider referrals at every level of care. Submit through our Provider Referrals page or call (855) 435-3801 — our admissions team conducts the clinical assessment, verifies benefits, and with appropriate consent keeps you informed of your client’s placement and transitions.
