I have a great deal of experience working with people who have chronic illness, depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and co-dependency. I often work with people who are the caregivers for their families and are wonderful at taking care of everyone except themselves. As a therapist, I will help you prioritize self-care. I will support you in setting limits and boundaries and in keeping that backbone when the temptation to please others at your own expense arises. It is OK to put yourself first for a change. It is important that you feel seen and heard. Your feelings matter. I promise working with me you will become fierce in defense of yourself.
