About
Associate Clinical Social Worker supervised by Chelsea Silverman, LCSW
Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to have everything figured out before walking through the door. I work with children, teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, big emotions, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and patterns that can feel difficult to understand or change.
My approach is warm, collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. When working with children and teens, I look beyond symptoms or behaviors to understand the whole child within the context of their relationships, family, school, and developmental stage. I strive to create a space where young people feel heard, respected, and supported while developing greater emotional awareness, confidence, and coping skills.
I especially enjoy working with families around communication, connection, attachment, and conflict. I believe parents and caregivers are an important part of the therapeutic process, and I help families better understand one another, express needs, navigate difficult emotions, and build healthier patterns of interaction. My goal is not to assign blame, but to create greater understanding and strengthen relationships.
I also work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-worth, relationship concerns, people-pleasing, and self-criticism. I draw from EMDR, IFS/parts work, attachment-based therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and EFT, tailoring treatment to each individual or family.
You can expect therapy with me to be compassionate and validating while also gently challenging patterns when it may support growth. My goal is to create a safe space where children, teens, and families can feel understood, build stronger connections, and develop meaningful, lasting change.
