About

Associate Clinical Social Worker supervised by Chelsea Silverman, LCSW

I truly believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted exactly as they are. My approach is client-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when people feel safe enough to explore both their challenges and their strengths.

I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma, and issues related to identity and personal growth. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor therapy to each individual’s needs rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

As a therapist, I also bring a multicultural lens to my work, recognizing the ways culture, family, identity, society and life experiences shape how we view ourselves and the world around us. I am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s uncertainties, and move toward a life that feels authentic and meaningful!

I believe that healing is not about becoming someone new, but about rediscovering the strengths, wisdom, redefining your story and the resilience that have been within you all along. While the work isn’t always easy, my goal is to walk alongside you with curiosity, empathy, and encouragement as you work toward the life you want to create.
