About
Hi, I’m Zoë, and I’d be honored to be your therapist. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
I work with people facing many different challenges—anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, life transitions, and stress at work or home. I have a special passion for supporting neurodivergent clients, especially those navigating a late diagnosis, as well as women and nonbinary individuals exploring identity, self-understanding, and empowerment. I also welcome men’s issues, holding space for the unique ways they can show up in relationships, family, and work. In addition, I love working with creatives of all kinds—artists, writers, performers, and makers—who may struggle with perfectionism, self-doubt, or blocks in their creative process.
My approach blends practical tools like CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused strategies with narrative-based trauma work, which helps you reframe your story, connect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and supportive—you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to listen, guide, and encourage you as you build resilience and tap into your full potential.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and respect, I’d love the chance to work together.

“Zoe is the best!”
“Zoe is awesome. Number one thing that i appreciate most is, that she lets me go off on rants that end up in leading to breakthroughs moments , and seems to always ask the right questions that lead to the outcome i conclude and has the right follow up question for the subject at hand. how she pays attention and is able to keep up with me. i can be fast with my speech at times. Overall 10\10.”
