Support is layered into how we’re built. Every clinician belongs to a small team of 12 led by a Clinical Program Manager, with a weekly team meeting for support, training, development, and care improvement. Within those teams, all clinical staff participate in consult groups of four — a regular space to discuss cases with peers, sharpen clinical thinking, and stay connected rather than isolated. Every third Thursday of the month, the entire clinical team gathers for a dedicated development training, led by TML leadership or an outside specialist.
